Notice Recipients means (a) any person listed in the definition of “Knowledge of Sellers,” (b) any elected officer of NNL, and/or (c) any attorney employed in any legal department of any Seller or its Affiliates.

Notice Recipients means all PLD IWs who work or have worked as an exempt Internal Wholesaler in the Prudential Life Distributors channel of Prudential’s Individual Life Insurance business from August 6, 2018 through the Settlement Effective Date, but not the Named Plaintiff and Opt-In Plaintiffs.
