NRC Staff means the regulatory staff of the NRC.
NRC Staff means the regulatory staff of the NRC. "Nuclear Fuel" means all fuel assemblies in the Facility reactors on a Closing Date and any irradiated fuel assemblies that have been temporarily removed from the Facility reactors as of a Closing Date and all unirradiated fuel assemblies awaiting insertion into the Facility reactors, as well as all fuel constituents in any stage of the fuel cycle which are in the process of fabrication for use in a Facility, which are owned by the Sellers on a Closing Date or which have been or will be purchased by the Sellers pursuant to the Material Contracts listed in Schedule 2.1(f). "Nuclear Fuel Contracts" means contracts between the Lead Participants or any Affiliate and a Third Party providing for the purchase and sale of Nuclear Fuel for one or more of the Facilities. "Nuclear Insurance Policies" means all insurance policies carried by or for the benefit of the Sellers with respect to the ownership, operation or maintenance of the Facilities, including all liability, property damage and business interruption policies in respect thereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the term "Nuclear Insurance Policies" includes all policies issued or administered by ANI or XXXX. "Nuclear Laws" mean all Federal, state, local, provincial, foreign and international civil and criminal laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders relating to the regulation of nuclear power plants, source material, byproduct material and special nuclear materials (as defined in the Atomic Energy Act); the regulation of Low Level Waste and High Level Waste; the transportation and storage of Nuclear Materials; the regulation of safeguards information; the regulation of nuclear fuel; the enrichment of uranium; the disposal and storage of High Level Waste and Spent Nuclear Fuel; contracts for any payments into the Nuclear Waste Fund; and as applicable, the antitrust laws and the Federal Trade Commission Act to specified activities or proposed activities of certain licenses of commercial nuclear reactors, but shall not include Environmental Laws. "Nuclear Laws" include the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (42 U.S.C.
