NY Business Day definition

NY Business Day is defined as any day other than (i) a Saturday or Sunday or (ii) a day on which the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) is not open for regular trading at noon New York City time, and a “Local Business Day” is defined as any day other than (i) a Saturday or Sunday or (ii) a day which has been designated a bank holiday in Japan. The Prospectus describes the creation and redemption process and the Trust; it will be delivered by the Sponsor to each Authorized Participant prior to its execution of the Participant Agreement. Baskets are issued and redeemed in accordance with the Trust Agreement and the Participant Agreement.
