Examples of Class Counsels in a sentence

  • Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to restrict Class Counsel's ability to communicate with Class Members in accordance with Class Counsel's ethical obligations owed to Class Members.

  • If this Settlement is approved by the Court, in conjunction with the Settlement Hearing, Class Counsel will request the Court to approve Class Counsel's application for attorneys' fees and expenses, not to exceed $250,000, in prosecuting this Action and securing a benefit for the members of the Class.

  • If you are a member of the Class and do not request to be excluded, you can tell the Court you like the Settlement and it should be approved, or that you object to the Settlement or Class Counsel's requests for attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses and class representative Incentive Awards, if you do not like a part of the Settlement.
