Obstruction Permit definition

Obstruction Permit means the permit which, pursuant to this ordinance, must be obtained before a person or company may obstruct a right-of-way, allowing the holder to hinder free and open passage over the specified portion of that right-of-way, for the duration specified therein.

More Definitions of Obstruction Permit

Obstruction Permit means the permit which, pursuant to this Ordinance, must be obtained before a person may obstruct any part of a right of way, allowing the holder to hinder free and open passage over the specified portion of that right of way by placing any tangible object therein for the duration specified.
