Occupancy Standard means the standards for household sizes of a Resident relative to the number of bedrooms in a Residential Unit. Occupancy Standard means the requirement that the aggregate number of clients receiving MR/DD services from the Target Entities shall be not less than one thousand one hundred and two (1,102).
