OEM Equipment definition

OEM Equipment means miscellaneous items of non-Nortel equipment made available for sale to Buyer by Seller under this Agreement, not integrated into the Hardware during the manufacturing process.
OEM Equipment means (i) any items of non-Vendor equipment made available for sale to Owner by Vendor under this Contract that are not integrated into the Equipment during the manufacturing process; and (ii) non-Vendor software made available for license to Owner under this Contract that is not resident on Vendor Equipment.
OEM Equipment means the items of equipment fitted to the product by Quik Corp and which items have been manufactured by others and have their own manufacturer’s warranty.
