Online Card Payment Services definition

Online Card Payment Services means the suite of payment processing services offered by PayPal which provide merchants with the ability to accept and receive credit and debit card payments on a website or mobile application where cardholders enter their own Card Data, or by merchants manually entering Card Data given to them by a cardholder. For purposes of this Agreement, these services include Payments Advanced, Payments Pro, Payments Pro Payflow, Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments, and Virtual Terminal.

Examples of Online Card Payment Services in a sentence

  • Merchant rates do not apply to commercial transaction payments received through functionality provided under the terms of the PayPal Online Card Payment Services Agreement.

  • You agree that any use by you of Online Card Payment Services shall constitute your acceptance of this Agreement and we recommend that you store or print-off a copy of this Agreement.

  • Where a conflict of interpretation arises, this Agreement overrides the User Agreement to the extent of the conflict, except in relation to your use of any of the Products or individual Online Card Payment Services as part of our new checkout solution as set out in the User Agreement.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Cash Management Services means any cash management or related services including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) and other cash management arrangements.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Management Services means the services specified in sub-clauses 3.1 to 3.8 as indicated affirmatively in Boxes 5 to 12.

  • Management Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
