OPEB Plan definition

OPEB Plan means, collectively, any and all Debtor other post-employment benefits obligations.
OPEB Plan means any Benefit Plan that is considered an other post-employment benefit plan, including retiree medical and retiree life insurance arrangements. For the avoidance of doubt, OPEB shall not include any Benefit Plan that is a pension or other defined benefit plans, Severance plan or deferred compensation plan.
OPEB Plan means the single-employer, post-retirement welfare benefit plan sponsored by the County in accordance with the resolution of the County Commission first approved on September 25, 1990, and approved from time to time thereafter.

  • For this purpose, the OPEB Plan recognizes benefit payments when due and payable in accordance with the benefit terms.

OPEB Plan means health and welfare plans that provide post-employment welfare benefits (i.e., any retiree medical, dental, vision and/or life benefits) and, when immediately preceded by “Entergy,” means any OPEB Plan maintained by any member of the Entergy Group and, when immediately preceded by “ITC,” means any OPEB Plan maintained by any member of the ITC Group.
OPEB Plan means any Benefit Plan that is considered an other post-employment benefit plan, including retiree medical and retiree life insurance arrangements. For the avoidance of doubt, OPEB shall not include any Benefit Plan that is a pension or other defined benefit plans, severance plan or deferred compensation plan.
OPEB Plan means any Benefit Plan that is a “employee welfare benefit plan” or “welfare plan” (as such terms are defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA) subject to ERISA, which provides benefits for or will provide benefits for former employees or future former employees of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof who have retired or separated from service (except for continued medical benefit coverage required to be provided under Section 4980B of the Code) for which any Loan Party or Subsidiary thereof has or could reasonably be expected to have any liability.
