Open Kitchen Unit definition

Open Kitchen Unit means a Residential Unit of which the kitchen is of open kitchen design, namely, the kitchen is not separated from the rest of the Unit by full enclosure comprising walls and door. All Residential Units are Open Kitchen Units.

Open Kitchen Unit. A Residential Unit in which an open kitchen design is adopted, and which Residential Unit is, for the purpose of identification only, shown marked “OPEN KIT.” on the plans annexed hereto and certified as to their accuracy by or on behalf of the Authorized Person. “Open Kitchen Units” shall be construed accordingly. Examples of Open Kitchen Unit in a sentence

  • Where any expenditure relates solely to or is solely for the benefit of the Residential Development or any Open Kitchen Unit or any Unit(s) thereof or any Commercial Unit, then the full amount of such expenditure shall be borne by the Owners of the Residential Development or the Owner(s) of such Unit(s), or the Owner(s) of such Commercial Unit(s), as the case may be.

The Recreational Facilities are for the purpose of identification shown coloured Green square hatched Black on the Plans. “Residential Common Areas” means all those areas or parts of the Land and the Development the right to the use of which is designated for common use and benefit of the Owners and occupiers of Residential Units and is not otherwise specifically assigned other than to the Manager on trust for the benefit of all Owners and which, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, include:-
