Operating Budget Category definition

Operating Budget Category means, at any time with respect to each Operating Budget, each line item set forth in such Operating Budget in effect at such time.
Operating Budget Category means (a) individually, any line item category set forth in that portion of the then-current Annual Operating Budget showing sources and uses of Project funds, and (b) collectively, all line item categories set forth in that portion of the then-current Annual Operating Budget showing sources and uses of Project funds.
Operating Budget Category has the meaning set forth in the Senior Credit Agreement.

As used herein, “DIP Budget” shall initially refer to the initial 13-week projection delivered in accordance with Section 6.2 and thereafter shall refer to the most recent 13-week projection delivered by the Borrower in accordance with Section 9.1(c).
