Operation Hours definition

Operation Hours means the hours as stated in Schedule A.
Operation Hours means 6 am to midnight Pacific Time, seven days a week. PerfectMind will only be responsible for its Platform uptime performance levels and will not be responsible for any failure due to a failure of Customer’s system(s) or a Force Majeure event as described in this Agreement, and such failures shall not be counted against PerfectMind’s required system uptime performance levels.

Examples of Operation Hours in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Event Space Rules, the Licensor gives the Licensee the right, for the Licence Period and during the Operation Hours (in common with the Licensor and all others authorised by the Licensor), for the Licensee, its employees and agents to use the Event Space for the purposes set forth in Schedule A (”Permitted Use”).

  • Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Licensee agrees that the Licensee shall take all necessary measures (including by the use of secure fastenings and/or by removing relevant items after the Operation Hours) to protect and keep safe all furniture, equipment, goods, articles or chattels of the Licensee (whether retained within or outside of the Event Space) and all other property of the Licensee from harm, damage, loss, theft or robbery.

  • The Licensor shall not, under any circumstances whatsoever be responsible for any harm, damage, loss, theft or robbery in respect of any such items aforesaid, and notwithstanding that the Licensor may have access to the Event Space during and after the Operation Hours, and the Licensee shall have access thereto only during the Operation Hours.

  • First Level Support will issue a Neopost Support request ID number during Operation Hours promptly after receipt of the call.

  • The Platform will achieve a system uptime performance level of 99.9% during the Operation Hours on an annual basis inclusive of any downtime caused by the underlying telecommunication services provider.

  • Service Operation Hours LS&S shall provide a minimum 265 service hours weekly for the five branch Library facilities for standard non-holiday weeks, except conditions associated with Section 8 (f) of this Agreement.

  • Sub-Subtenant will pay directly to Landlord any additional expenses attributable to the Sub-Subleased Premises incurred for uses of services outside the normal Building Standard Operation Hours.

Related to Operation Hours

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • Man Hours means the hours spent by the Supplier Personnel properly working on the provision of the Goods and/or Services including time spent travelling (other than to and from the Supplier's offices, or to and from the Sites) but excluding lunch breaks;

  • Hours means sequential sixty (60) minute time frames.

  • Normal operation means all periods of operation except start-up and shutdown operations and maintenance of equipment;

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.
