Ordered Work definition

Ordered Work means the work that will be ordered and specified in the respective offer made by Supplier as further detailed in article IX.
Ordered Work means those works set out at annexure D of RTA M2, as ordered in accordance with clause 7.
Ordered Work means those Maintenance Activities which are set out at Annexure M1/B as ordered in accordance with Clause 10 of the General Conditions.

  • Partial Notice of Final Acceptance may also be issued to exclude the Work described in Change Orders executed during late stages of the Project where a later completion date for the Change Ordered Work is expressly provided for in the Contract as amended by the Change Order, provided the Work can be adequately described to allow partial advertisement of any Notice of Partial Final Settlement to be issued without confusion as to the Work included for which final payment will be made.

  • If the subject of the Ordered Work is provision of professional consultations in relation to the System, the acceptance procedure will include only signing of the Handover Protocol.

  • The Support Fee and the Price for the Ordered Work do not include a value added tax which will always be added at the statutory rate according to the applicable legal regulations as at the day of taxable transaction.

Related to Ordered Work

  • covered work means either the unmodified Program or a work based on the Program.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • DAY WORK means on item of work requiring the employment of labour with or without materials as the case may be, which, in the opinion of the Senior Engineer /Civil-in-charge, is not capable of being evaluated by the accepted methods of measurement or assessment and is paid for on the basis of the actual labour and materials utilised on the particular item of work referred to.

  • Major Work means any Work to Construct or Maintain the Distribution System that costs more than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars;

  • Hot Work means work involving electric or gas welding, cutting, brazing, or similar flame or spark-producing operations.

  • Work crew means a program of partial confinement

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.
