Ordinary Trustee s Fees and Expenses” means the annual administration fee for the Trustee’s ordinary fees and expenses in rendering its services under the Supplemental Indenture as Trustee during each twelve month period, which fee is equal to (and shall not exceed) $2,875 and shall be payable annually in advance on the Delivery Date and on each July 1 thereafter commencing July 1, 2011.
