Other KKR Funds definition

Other KKR Funds means, collectively, any investment funds, vehicles, accounts, products and/or other similar arrangements sponsored, advised and/or managed by KKR (excluding KREF), whether currently in existence or subsequently established, in each case, including any related successor funds, alternative vehicles, supplemental capital vehicles, co-investment vehicles and other entities formed in connection with KKR’s side-by-side or additional KREF investments with respect thereto.

Examples of Other KKR Funds in a sentence

  • In such cases, the Company and EIGF II (and any successor fund) may co-invest alongside such Other KKR Funds in such investments from time to time.

  • Subject to the foregoing, the General Partner and its Affiliates will allocate investment opportunities among the Fund and any Other KKR Funds in a manner that is consistent with an allocation methodology established by the General Partner and its Affiliates reasonably designed to help ensure allocations of opportunities are made over time on a fair and equitable basis.

  • At such time as the Company has received an allocation of such investment opportunity in such amount as satisfies the foregoing sentence, any remaining portion of such investment opportunity may be allocated to any Other KKR Funds in accordance with the Investment Allocation Policy.

  • Fresh Funds means funds that:

  • Armada Funds entered into in the name or on behalf thereof by any of the Trustees, representatives or agents are made not individually, but in such capacities, and are not binding upon any of the Trustees, Shareholders or representatives of the Trust personally, but bind only the Trust Property, and all persons dealing with any class of shares of the Trust must look solely to the Trust Property belonging to such class for the enforcement of any claims against the Trust.

  • Public funds means money belonging to the government.

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • Other Investments means assets which are not Direct Investments or Underlying Funds.

  • Other Investors shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).

  • BlackRock Funds and “Trustees of BlackRock Funds” refer respectively to the trust created and the Trustees, as trustees but not individually or personally, acting from time to time under a Declaration of Trust dated December 22, 1988, as amended, which is hereby referred to and a copy of which is on file at the office of the State Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and at the principal office of the Fund. The obligations of “BlackRock Funds” entered into in the name or on behalf thereof by any of the Trustees, officers, representatives or agents are made not individually, but in such capacities, and are not binding upon any of the Trustees, shareholders, officers, representatives or agents of the Fund personally, but bind only the Trust Property (as defined in the Declaration of Trust), and all persons dealing with any class of shares of the Fund must look solely to the Trust Property belonging to such class for the enforcement of any claims against the Fund.

  • Unspent Funds means the amount reported as unspent by the Recipient as of December 31, 2023 in the Recipient’s 2023 Annual Report (as defined under the Prior Agreement).

  • Feeder Fund means a Sub-Fund which invests all or substantially all of its assets in securities which are units or sub-units in a unit trust scheme or participations in a mutual fund or other interests in a collective investment scheme which is managed or advised by the Managers or any Associate of the Managers and whose investment policy is the same or substantially the same as such Sub-Fund.

  • Program Funds means all funds that are required to be deposited into the Non-profit School Food Service Account.

  • Carlyle means Carlyle Investment Management, LLC.

  • CD&R Investors means, collectively, (i) CD&R Fund VIII, (ii) CD&R Friends & Family Fund VIII, L.P., a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership, and any successor in interest thereto, and (iii) any Affiliate of any CD&R Investor identified in clauses (i) and (ii) of this definition.

  • Funds means financial assets and benefits of every kind, including, but not limited to:

  • Affiliated Debt Fund means any Affiliated Lender that is a bona fide diversified debt fund primarily engaged in, or that advises funds or other investment vehicles that are engaged in, making, purchasing, holding or otherwise investing in commercial loans, bonds and similar extensions of credit or securities in the ordinary course.

  • Investments as defined in Section 7.8.

  • Good Funds means immediately available funds delivered by confirmed wire transfer to an account designated by the Closing Agent.

  • Initial Capital Contributions has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

  • Current Funds means wire transfers, certified funds or cashier's checks in a form acceptable to the Title Company which would permit the Title Company to immediately disburse such funds.

  • Other Investor means any Person who has executed a securities purchase agreement dated as of the date hereof pursuant to which such Person has agreed to purchase shares of Common Stock in connection with the Other Private Placements.

  • Venture means any group of two or more persons associated in fact, whether or not a legal entity.

  • Public fund means the state treasurer or a retirement system.

  • Principal Funds With respect to the Mortgage Loans and any Distribution Date, the sum, without duplication, of (1) the scheduled principal due during the related Due Period and received before the related Servicer Remittance Date or advanced on or before the related Servicer Remittance Date, (2) prepayments in full collected in the related Prepayment Period, (3) the Stated Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan that was purchased by the Depositor during the related Prepayment Period or, in the case of a purchase pursuant to Section 9.01, on the Business Day prior to such Distribution Date, (4) the amount, if any, by which the aggregate unpaid principal balance of any Replacement Mortgage Loan is less than the aggregate unpaid principal of the related Deleted Mortgage Loans delivered by the Sponsor in connection with a substitution of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 2.03(c), (5) all Liquidation Proceeds collected during the related Prepayment Period (to the extent such Liquidation Proceeds relate to principal and represent payment in full), (6) all Subsequent Recoveries received during the related Due Period and (7) all other collections and recoveries in respect of principal during the related Due Period, less (A) all Non-Recoverable Advances relating to principal with respect to the Mortgage Loans and (B) other amounts reimbursable (including without limitation indemnity payments) to the Servicer and the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement allocable to principal.

  • Excess Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(l) of this Agreement.

  • Affiliated Funds are any fund of Xxxx Xxxxxxx Trust (“JHVIT”), Xxxx Xxxxxxx Funds II (“JHF II”) or Xxxx Xxxxxxx Funds III (“JHF III”), excluding the following funds of JHVIT: the Money Market Trust B, 500 Index Trust B, International Equity Index Trust B and Total Bond Market Trust B.
