Out of Scope Work definition

Out of Scope Work means any work that is necessary to provision a Service or that Customer requests Orange to perform, and that is not included as part of the Service (e.g. extension of demarcations, provision of adequate power and ventilation, and provisioning of repeaters, work identified as out of scope and detailed in an SOW, etc.).
Out of Scope Work means any Services performed by Wind River under an Exhibit that (a) are outside the description of Services set forth in an Exhibit, or (b) are required as a result of an inaccurate or invalid Assumption.
Out of Scope Work means the service outage credits provided by XXXXXX XXXXX subject to the terms and conditions stated in the SLA; any work that is necessary to provide a Service or necessary to enable proper operational condition of a Service at a location, or any work that Customer requests XXXXXX XXXXX to perform that is not included as part of the relevant Service offering under the applicable Service Agreement (e.g. extensions of demarcation zones, provision of additional equipment, provision of hot or cold spares.)

Examples of Out of Scope Work in a sentence

  • See section 1.3 Out of Scope Work for a listing of projects expressly excluded from the scope of this Contract.

  • Any Out of Scope Work provided by Orange will be charged at the applicable Hourly Labor Rate plus an administrative charge of 15%.

  • If Customer has not ordered On-Site Maintenance Services for a Location but requests Orange to provide such Maintenance Services to resolve an Incident, then the On-Site Maintenance Services will be considered Out of Scope Work subject to additional charges.

  • Interventions and repairs rendered necessary by the above causes may be performed by Orange at Customer’s request, and will be provided as Out of Scope Work subject to additional charges.

  • When Spares for Additional Equipment are initially unavailable, Orange will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Incident Management - Maintenance as Out of Scope Work subject to additional charges, until the Spares become readily available in sufficient quantities from the Vendor.

More Definitions of Out of Scope Work

Out of Scope Work. Has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 4.3 hereof.
Out of Scope Work means any and all additions, deletions or other revisions to any aspect of any Project which may modify in any manner or with respect to ERIZON's obligations under, or are not otherwise required by, the terms of this Agreement or any Project Order. Out-of-Scope Work shall only be authorized pursuant to an Out-of-Scope Work Order (as defined in section 5 below) which in any event shall expressly indicate that the work described therein is Out-of-Scope Work. Any Out-of-Scope Work Order shall also provide a line-by-line identification of any additions, deletions, modifications or other revisions sought or requested by BRANDS. The performance of all Out-of-Scope Work by ERIZON shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any authorized Out-of-Scope Work Order.
Out of Scope Work means that work which is not provided by SUMmedia as part of the Services, requiring a separate agreement or addendum at additional cost, and as listed in part in Attachment D.

Related to Out of Scope Work

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased.
