Tour Price. All tour prices are listed in US dollars and are based on tariffs and rates of currency exchange in effect at the time of printing. These rates are subject to change as deemed necessary and fair by Japan Deluxe Tours Inc. Tour Departure Guarantee Japan Deluxe Tours Inc. guarantees departure day for all of our listed tour packages. However, should the total number of tour members fall below 10 persons, Japan Deluxe Tours Inc. re- serves the right to change or cancel the tour. Price Guarantee Japan Deluxe Tours Inc. guarantees your tour price once we have received full payment for your Japan Tour. Only amend- ment fees, currency surcharges, optional hotel swaps, optional hotel extensions, optional day-trips or excursion tours, or flight changes which additional costs must be added to the tour package will result in a price reassessment for each passenger.

Tour Price. 12.1. The Traveler will be required to pay to us the Tour Price for the amount specified in the Contract Document on or before the date described in the Contract Document prior to the starting date of the Tour.

Tour Price. The “Tour Price” is the total amount listed on your final Itinerary. All Tour Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) with the guideline in U.S. Dollars. AES reserves the right to vary Tour Prices at any time, in its absolute discretion, to account for any increase in costs, including but not limited to airfares, fuel, government taxes and charges, exchange rate fluctuations or other tour related costs or tariffs. If AES has received the full amount of the Tour Price from you, there will be no increases to your tour price, regardless of any increases in the tour costs inside or outside of our control. If you have not paid the full amount of the Tour Price, and we may vary your Tour Price due to an increase in tour costs outside of AES’s control, any increase AES applies to the Tour Price will be only to the extent required to meet such additional costs.
