OVHcloud Support definition

OVHcloud Support means OVHcloud team responsible for assisting the Client and handling Incidents.

  • The prices may also be communicated upon request sent to OVHcloud Support.

  • In order to obtain any additional information regarding the Services, the Client may contact OVHcloud Support as set out in article “OVHcloud Support” hereafter.

  • Before resorting to the OVHcloud Support, the Client must first consult the resources and information available on the OVHcloud Website (user guides, use cases, product documentation, etc.), and in its Management Interface (reporting, monitoring, etc.).

  • Subject to the other levels of Support referred to in article 4.4 below, OVHcloud Support is included in the price of the Services.

  • The OVHcloud Support team is responsible for handling Incidents which may occur in relation to the Services, and to provide the Client, upon request, with information regarding the characteristics and Terms of Services.

  • The terms and conditions for these Support levels are described in Specific Terms of Service and corresponding documentations available on the OVHcloud Website or upon request to OVHcloud Support.

  • Such provision of assistance may result in additional charges for time worked, based on the financial terms available on the OVHcloud Website or upon request to OVHcloud Support.

  • Subject to any applicable Specific Terms of Service and other levels of Support referred to in article 4.4 below, OVHcloud does not provide any warranty as to the duration of repairs or time frames for the resolution of Incidents within the scope of the OVHcloud Support.

Related to OVHcloud Support

  • Child support means that part of a Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Child Restraint System.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Medical Child Support Order means any judgment, decree or order (including approval of a domestic relations settlement agreement) issued by a court of competent jurisdiction that:

  • Medical support means providing health care coverage for a joint child by carrying health care coverage for the joint child or by contributing to the cost of health care coverage, public coverage, unreimbursed medical expenses, and uninsured medical expenses of the joint child.
