Package Order definition

Package Order means an order priced as a single unit:
Package Order means an AIOI priced as a single unit: (a) for the purpose of executing an exchange for physical; or (b) in two or more Instruments for the purpose of executing a Package Transaction.
Package Order has the meaning given to it in Appendix 1 of Schedule 3B

More Definitions of Package Order

Package Order means an order entered into between the Authority and the ODP in the form set out in Part B or Part C of Appendix 5 in relation to Infrastructure Services (based on the Conditions of Contract for Infrastructure Services) or Part B of Appendix 6 (based on the Conditions of Contract for Infrastructure Works) of this Schedule 3B for the performance of the ODP Infrastructure Works in accordance with the relevant Conditions of Contract.
