Parent Omnibus Plan definition

Parent Omnibus Plan means the Third Amended and Restated Varian Medical Systems, Inc. 2005 Omnibus Stock Plan, as amended from time to time.
Parent Omnibus Plan means the Amended and Restated ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. Stock Incentive Plan, as amended as of October 25, 2012 and the Amended and Restated ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. 2014 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended and restated as of April 27, 2015.

Parent Omnibus Plan means any equity compensation plan sponsored or maintained by the Parent immediately prior to the Effective Time, including the XPO Logistics, Inc. 2016 Omnibus Incentive Compensation Plan, as amended from time to time and the XPO Logistics, Inc. Amended and Restated 2011 Omnibus Incentive Compensation Plan, as amended from time to time.
Parent Omnibus Plan means the TEGNA Inc. 2001 Omnibus Incentive Compensation Plan, as amended and restated as of May 4, 2010, as amended.
Parent Omnibus Plan means each of the J2 Global, Inc. 2007 Stock Option Plan and the J2 Global, Inc. 2015 Stock Option Plan, as in effect from time to time.
Parent Omnibus Plan means the SilverSun Technologies, Inc. 2019 Equity and Incentive Plan.

  • Omnibus Plan means the Hanesbrands Inc. Omnibus Incentive Plan of 2006, as amended from time to time, and any successor plan or plans. The long-term incentive described in this section (“Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan”) includes cash long-term incentives, but does not include stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards. Such amounts shall be payable as provided in section 2(c). Treatment of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards shall be determined pursuant to the Executive’s award agreement(s). Executive shall not be eligible for any new Annual Incentive Plan grants, Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan grants, or any other grants of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards under the Omnibus Plan during the Severance Period.

  • Equity Plan means any stock or equity purchase plan, restricted stock or equity plan or other similar equity compensation plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner, including the Plan.
