Parent Software definition

Parent Software means all Software, other than SpinCo Software, owned or licensed by either Party or any member of its Group as of immediately prior to the Effective Time, and shall include the Software set forth on Schedule 1.2.
Parent Software means all Software, other than Varex Software, owned or licensed by either Party or any member of its Group as of immediately prior to the Effective Time, including the Software set forth on Schedule 1.7.
Parent Software shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(g) of the Agreement.

More Definitions of Parent Software

Parent Software means the Parent Licensed Software together with the Parent Proprietary Software.
Parent Software means all Software owned by the Parent Group or the SpinCo Group as of immediately prior to the Distribution Date, other than the Assigned Software.

Parent Software means all Software that is material to the conduct of the business of Parent or the Parent Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, as currently conducted. As used in this Agreement, “Parent IT Assets” means computers, servers, workstations, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines, and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned by Parent or any Parent Subsidiary or licensed or leased by Parent or any Parent Subsidiary pursuant to written agreement (excluding any public networks), in each case, that are material to the conduct of the business of Parent or Parent Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, as currently conducted.
