Parking Rates definition

Parking Rates means the rates, fees, charges, interest, penalties, and other amounts charged for or arising out of the use of Public Spaces, and other spaces for parking motor vehicles in the Parking Facility.

  • Manager shall, within fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of each month, forward to City a certified statement of account showing the amount of Parking Rates Revenues collected and deposited during the preceding calendar month as required in Section 5.6. The certified statement shall include an annualized fee calculation.

  • The Manager shall operate the parking facilities described in this Agreement including Exhibits within the Parking Rates adopted with the annual budget.

  • Additional vehicles will pay the Visitor Parking Rates noted below.

Parking Rates means the fees set by the MTA to be charged by Manager and collected from Parking Garage patrons parking vehicles in the Parking Garage. The Parking Rates are set in Section 7.2.

Related to Parking Rates

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • parking bay means any area of a parking place which is provided for the leaving of a vehicle and indicated by markings on the surface of the parking place;

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Baseline area means any intra- state area (and every part thereof) des- ignated as attainment or unclassifiable under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act in which the major source or major modification establishing the minor source baseline date would con- struct or would have an air quality im- pact for the pollutant for which the baseline date is established, as follows: equal to or greater than 1 μg/m3 (an- nual average) for SO2, NO2, or PM10; or equal or greater than 0.3 μg/m3 (annual average) for PM2.5.(ii) Area redesignations under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act cannot intersect or be smaller than the area of impact of any major stationary source or major modification which:
