Per Capita Payment definition

Per Capita Payment means that as- pect of a plan which pertains to the in- dividualization of the judgment funds in the form of shares to tribal members or to individual descendants.

Per Capita Payment means any payment made to an Eligible Tribal Member as part of the plan set forth herein to make Per Capita Distributions (including payments made through an intermediary, such as an escrow account, trust fund, federally administered fund, or the like).
