Permanent Vacancy definition

Permanent Vacancy means a bargaining unit position newly created (including but not limited to positions created by increased enrollment, revised curriculum, and increased sections at grade or subject levels) or a bargaining unit position the Board intends to fill because of the resignation, retirement, dismissal for cause, or death of the teacher assigned to said bargaining position.
