Permits, Fees and Notices clause (Section 7.7) and the “Environmental Requirements” clause (Section 42) of the General Provisions, the Authority will, before 180 days after NTP-1, begin to implement all off-site mitigation measures and permit conditions related to short-term and long-term habitat acquisition, preservation, creation, restoration, enhancement and maintenance as necessary to allow impacts to resources subject to Governmental Approvals to proceed in compliance with the Final Environmental Documents and Governmental Approvals.
