Permitted Disclosees definition

Permitted Disclosees means each Party’s affiliates, direct and indirect subsidiaries and parent companies and each of their respective affiliates, directors, officers or employees and, in the case of RBCIS, shall include without limitation RBC Group.

Term this Agreement shall continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
