Permitted Processor definition

Permitted Processor means, if specifically authorized in the Permitted Applications of a particular SOW, an entity independent of Customer that processes data on behalf of Customer and that has been approved in advance in writing by CoreLogic to provide processing services using the Services set forth in such SOW.
Permitted Processor or “Permitted Hemp Processor” means an individual or business permitted to process hemp. A Processor Permit does not allow for cultivation of hemp.
Permitted Processor means the holder of a valid federal cannabis processing licence issued by Health Canada that has, in conjunction with a licensed cultivator, applied to and been permitted by the LDB to use the Marketing Materials in association with its marketing of Approved Indigenous Cannabis Products in accordance with this Agreement, the Requirements and any additional terms and conditions set out on the BCICP Website or otherwise communicated to the User from time to time, provided that either or both of the Permitted Processor and the co-applicant licensed cultivator has met, and continues to meet, the Indigenous Ownership Criteria;

Permitted Processor. A processor is a business that will transform the raw marijuana into another product (topicals, edibles, concentrates, or extracts). Operating a business that processes marijuana pursuant to a valid license issued by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (“OLCC”) or registration with the Oregon Health Authority (“OHA”) Hemp outside of the recreational chain is regulated by the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA). (“Permitted Use”). Lessee may not use butane or any other volatile or flammable substance (such as Propane, Hexane, etc.) in connection with its processing of marijuana. High Pressure CO2 and Ethanol processing is allowed in connection with Tenant’s processing of marijuana, only upon all of City of Hillsboro permits, approvals and Lessor’s inspection and approval. Lessee must use a closed-loop system. Use of a non-closed-loop system is prohibited.

Related to Permitted Processor

  • Contracted Processor means a Subprocessor;

  • Lockbox Processor means Regulus Group II LLC, or its successors or assigns.
