Personal Data Obligations definition

Personal Data Obligations means the Company’s privacy policies (or applicable terms of use) as published on any Company websites or mobile applications or any other privacy policies (or applicable terms of use), Contracts, documents or promises or representations agreed to with employees, consumers or customers, or other Persons, and any applicable Laws, or applicable industry standards, regarding Collection and Use of Personal Data, including but not limited to Laws regarding the use of Personal Data for marketing communications such as the CAN SPAM Act of 2003.
Personal Data Obligations means the Company Group’s applicable privacy policies (or applicable terms of use) as published on any Company Group websites or mobile applications or any other applicable privacy policies (or applicable terms of use), Contracts, documents or promises or representations published by the Company Group and agreed to with employees, consumers or customers, or other Persons, and any applicable Laws regarding the Collection and Use of Personal Data by a member of the Company Group, including to the extent applicable, Laws regarding the use of Personal Data for marketing communications such as the CAN SPAM Act of 2003.
Personal Data Obligations means the Company’s privacy policies (or applicable terms of use) as published on any Company websites or mobile applications or any other privacy policies (or applicable terms of use), Contracts, documents or promises or representations agreed to with employees, consumers or customers, or other Persons, and any applicable Laws regarding Collection and Use of Personal Data, including but not limited to Laws regarding the use of Personal Data for marketing communications such as the United States CAN SPAM Act of 2003 and any equivalent foreign or international (including Belgian) Law, as each has been amended and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.

  • The Transactions (including the Merger) (including any transfer of Personal Data resulting from the Transactions) (i) comply with all Personal Data Obligations of the Company, and (ii) comply (and the disclosure to, transfer to, and use by the Parent of such Personal Data after the Closing will comply) with all Information Privacy and Security Laws (including any such Laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the Personal Data is collected).

Personal Data Obligations means any of the Company’s written notices, policies, Contracts and terms of use as published on its web site or agreed to by the Company with employees, consumers or customers, clinical trial participants, IRBs or other Persons regarding privacy, security or confidentiality of Personal Data.

  • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the parties under clause 1.2 of this agreement to enable the parties to fulfil their obligations under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Sensitive Personal Data * means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health, an individual’s sex life or sexual orientation and an individual’s criminal convictions.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Personal Account means any account owned by, or in the name of, an OppenheimerFunds Employee or Access Person in which Securities may be held or any such account in which an Employee (including an Access or Investment Person) has a Beneficial Interest.

  • Special Personal Information means Personal Information as referred to in Section 26 of POPIA

  • Specified Obligations means Obligations consisting of the principal of and interest on Loans, reimbursement obligations in respect of Swing Line Loans and L/C Obligations (including interest accrued thereon), and fees.
