Personal Data Recipient definition

Personal Data Recipient means Billtrust, a Contracted Processor, or both collectively;
Personal Data Recipient means Syndigo, a Contracted Processor, or both collectively.

  • Data Recipient means the party (being either the Association or #[Party 2], as appropriate) to whom Data is disclosed;

  • Information Recipients has the meaning stated in Section 4.9(a).

  • Prime Recipient means a Colorado State agency or institution of higher education that receives an Award.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.
