Physical Completion Certificate definition

Physical Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b).
Physical Completion Certificate. A Borrower Certificate delivered as a condition precedent to Physical Completion, as required pursuant to Section 1(d) of Exhibit A2 to the Common Agreement.

More Definitions of Physical Completion Certificate

Physical Completion Certificate has the meaning given to it in Clause 1.1(a) of this Schedule.
Physical Completion Certificate means a certificate from the Issuer in the form, or substantially in the form of Part II (Form of Physical Completion Certificate) of Attachment 3 (ConstructionReport and Completion Tests), signed by the Issuer, certified by the Independent Technical Consultant and accepted by the WA Lender (acting reasonably) in respect of any item not certified by the Independent Technical Consultant. It shall not relate to the Denham Road Project.

Related to Physical Completion Certificate

  • Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.

  • Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.

  • Completion Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Engineer-in- Charge when the work/s have been completed to his satisfaction as per terms of the contract.

Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Certificate of Substantial Completion means the certificate executed by the A/E, ODR and Contractor that documents to the best of A/E’s and ODR’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s sufficient completion of the work in accordance with the Contract, so as to be operational and fit for the use intended.

  • Allocation Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 1.12(b).

  • Option Certificate means the certificate, substantially in the form set out as Schedule “A” hereto, evidencing an Option;

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Substantial compliance means a level of compliance with these rules where any deficiencies pose no greater risk to resident health or safety than the potential for causing minor harm.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Punch List means the list of items, prepared in connection with the inspection of the Project by the Owner’s Representative or Architect in connection with Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion of the Work, which the Owner’s Representative or Architect has designated as remaining to be performed, completed or corrected before the Work will be accepted by the Owner.

  • Exemption Certificate is defined in clause (e) of Section 4.6.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Certificate of Final Completion means the certificate issued by A/E that documents, to the best of A/E’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s completion of all Contractor’s Punchlist items and pre-final Punchlist items, final cleanup and Contractor’s provision of Record Documents, operations and maintenance manuals, and all other closeout documents required by the Contract Documents.

  • Information Certificate means the Information Certificate of Borrower constituting Exhibit A hereto containing material information with respect to Borrower, its business and assets provided by or on behalf of Borrower to Lender in connection with the preparation of this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements and the financing arrangements provided for herein.

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Tax Exemption Certificate means the Tax Exemption Certificate approved under the terms of this Resolution and to be executed by the Treasurer and delivered at the time of issuance and delivery of the Notes.
