Completion Tests definition

Completion Tests means the Technical Completion Tests, the Commercial Acceptance Tests and any other completion tests that are required to be performed in accordance with this Agreement.
Completion Tests means, for each Generating Unit and for the Project, (i) each “Acceptance Test” (as such term is defined in the Equipment Services Agreement), (ii) each emissions, source or other acceptance or final test required to be performed by any Borrower Party in connection with the issuance to any such Borrower Party by the South Coast Air Quality Management District of a final permit to operate the Project and (iii) each test required by Article Seven of the Tolling Agreement.
Completion Tests means the completion tests to be conducted in respect of the Injection Well and the Production Well as set forth on Exhibit A hereto.

Examples of Completion Tests in a sentence

  • The Concessionaire shall provide such assistance as the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency may reasonably require for conducting the Completion Tests.

  • For the avoidance of any doubt, the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency may separately conduct the relevant Completion Tests.

  • In the event that of the Concessionaire, the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency failing to mutually agree on the dates for conducting the Completion Tests, the Concessionaire shall fix the dates by not less than 7 (seven) days' notice to the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is expressly agreed that the Independent Engineer and/or the Monitoring Agency may require the Concessionaire to carry out or cause to be carried out additional Completion Tests, in accordance with Good Industry Practice, for determining the compliance of the Hospital with Specifications and Standards.

  • The date and time of each Test shall be determined by the Independent Engineer and the Monitoring Agency in consultation with the Concessionaire, and notified to the Authority who may designate its representative to witness the Completion Tests.


More Definitions of Completion Tests

Completion Tests means the requirements, tests and conditions set forth in Schedule 18 and shall include: (i) mechanical, electrical and software completion tests; (ii) commissioning and testing of all systems and equipment; (iii) Plant performance tests; (iv) environmental tests; and (v) a satisfactory review by the Independent Technical Consultant of test results provided by the Borrower related to tests set out in Clauses (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv).
Completion Tests means those tests described as such in Schedule 10 (Completion) (and any additional tests and re-run tests requested by the Independent Reviewer in accordance with this Agreement) to be successfully carried out prior to the issue of the Works Completion Certificate; Works Environmental Management Plan means the plan of that name prepared by the Contractor as part of the Works Project Management Plan in accordance with Part 1 (Works Provisioning Documentation) of Schedule 9 (Operative Documents) and that has been Finalised under the Review Procedures; Works Fire Management Plan means the plan of that name prepared by the Contractor as part of the Works Project Management Plan in accordance with Part 1 (Works Provisioning Documentation) of Schedule 9 (Operative Documents) and that has been Finalised under the Review Procedures; Works Infrastructure means all infrastructure, plant, equipment and works incorporated within the Crown Site required to connect to and/or to use External Infrastructure, Utility Services or the Facility; Works Occupational Health and Safety Plan means the plan of that name prepared by the Contractor as part of the Works Project Management Plan in accordance with Part 1 (Works Provisioning Documentation) of Schedule 9 (Operative Documents) and that has been Finalised under the Review Procedures; Works Project Management Plan means the plan of that name based on the draft project plan submitted by the Contractor (incorporating (among other things) a Works Communication Plan, Works Environmental Management Plan, Works Fire Management Plan, Works Occupational Health and Safety Plan, Works Quality Assurance Plan and Works Traffic Management Plan) that:
Completion Tests means those tests set out in Part 1 of Exhibit 9.
Completion Tests has the meaning given in Section 3.2(a)(vii) of the Common Agreement.
Completion Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Volumes or otherwise required by the Company, which shall be performed before the Works or any Section or Sub-Section are taken over by the Company.
