PI Trust Documents definition

PI Trust Documents means the PI Trust Agreement, the PI TDP and the LRPAgreement.
PI Trust Documents means the trust agreement establishing and delineating the terms and conditions for the creation and operation of the PI Trust, including the trust distribution procedures to be implemented by the PI Trust and the lien resolution procedures with respect to certain claims held by Holders of Third-Party Payor Claims, in each case, the terms of which shall be consistent with the Plan and otherwise acceptable to the Debtors and the Ad Hoc Group of Individual Victims (and, with respect to such lien resolution procedures, the Third-Party Payor Group) and reasonably acceptable to the Creditors’ Committee, the Ad Hoc Committee and the MSGE Group, and which shall be filed with the Plan Supplement.

  • Such compensation, costs and fees paid or reimbursed, as applicable, by the PI Trust shall be deducted from Distributions from (i) the PI Trust NAS Fund to Holders of Allowed NAS PI Channeled Claims and (ii) the PI Trust Non-NAS Fund to Holders of Allowed Non-NAS PI Channeled Claims, in each case pursuant to the PI Trust Documents.

  • Nothing in these NAS PI Trust Documents or the Governing Order and Filings expands, limits, or impairs the obligation under applicable law of a NAS PI Claimant or any holder of an Other Channeled Claim to respond fully to lawful discovery in any underlying civil action regarding his or her submission of factual information to the NAS PI Trust for the purpose of obtaining compensation for opioid- related injuries from the NAS PI Trust.

  • A NAS PI Claimant whose NAS PI Claim was reduced prior to the Petition Date to a settlement, judgment, or award (whether or not paid or otherwise discharged) against any Debtor shall be barred from receiving any Award under the NAS PI Trust Documents on account of such NAS PI Claim and shall not recover from the NAS PI Trust or any other PPOC Sub-Trust on account of such NAS PI Claim.

  • The settlement payments made to holders of qualifying opioid-related personal injury claims who have received certain types of health insurance coverage for opioid-related injuries may be subject to healthcare liens that, in certain cases, will be resolved through a lien resolution procedure described more fully in the PI Trust Documents, and, in other cases, will remain to be resolved directly with the parties holding such liens.

  • Trust Documents has the meaning set forth in the Titling Trust Agreement.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Trust Agreements shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the introductory paragraph of the Authorized Participant Agreement.

  • L/C Documents means the Letters of Credit, any draft or other document presented in connection with a drawing thereunder, the Applications and this Agreement.

  • Depositor’s Formation Documents means the Certificate of Formation of Nissan Auto Leasing LLC II, dated as of October 24, 2001 and the Limited Liability Company Agreement of Nissan Auto Leasing LLC II, dated as of October 29, 2001.

  • Verification Documents means, with respect to any Note Owner, a certification from such Note Owner certifying that such Person is in fact, a Note Owner, as well as one additional piece of documentation reasonably satisfactory to the recipient, such as a trade confirmation, account statement, letter from a broker or dealer or other similar document.

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Noteholder Documents means (a) the Indenture, the Notes and the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.

  • Custodial Agreements The Custodial Agreements, listed in Exhibit F hereof, as each such agreement may be amended or supplemented from time to time as permitted hereunder.

  • L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

  • Required Documents means those documents identified in Section 2(I) of the Custodial Agreement.

  • Policy Document means this Policy wording the Schedule (which is attached to and forms part of this Policy and includes any Annexure or endorsement to it and, if more than one, then, the latest in time) and the Proposal Form.

  • Litigation Trust Agreement means the trust agreement dated as of the Plan Implementation Date, between SFC and the Litigation Trustee, establishing the Litigation Trust.

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Receivables Documents means all documentation relating to any receivables financing program providing for the sale of Receivables Facility Assets by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (whether or not to a Receivables Subsidiary) in transactions purporting to be sales and shall include the Receivables Securitization Program Documents.

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between or among the Acquired Company or its Affiliates and the Borrower or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Mortgage Supporting Documents means, with respect to a Mortgage for a parcel of Real Property, each the following:

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.

  • Securities Documents means all reports, offering circulars, proxy statements, registration statements and all similar documents filed, or required to be filed, pursuant to the Securities Laws.
