Planned Shutdown definition

Planned Shutdown means a period of closedown, suspension or interference in the operation of Zhima Credit Platform or the supply of Zhima Credit Services which is arranged by Zhima Credit in advance for the following purposes: (1) to promote any new services or update the existing services to the party receiving the services; (2) to carry out defensive maintenance of the system; (3) to install or make significant adjustment to the basic equipment; or (4)to carry out maintenance of the services and the platform.
Planned Shutdown means a scheduled shutdown of the operation of the Dedicated Isotope Facilities by AECL of which notice has been given to Nordion in accordance with Section 25.2;
Planned Shutdown has the meaning set forth in Annex 3, but shall not include a Steam Purchaser Plant Closure.

Examples of Planned Shutdown in a sentence

  • Provided that the Parties shall be entitled to undertake Planned Shutdown for not more than three (3) times in a Contract Year.

Related to Planned Shutdown

  • Shutdown means the cessation of operation of equipment.

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Planned Downtime means planned downtime for upgrades and maintenance to the Services scheduled in advance of such upgrades and maintenance.

  • Planned means entered in the Working Timetable;

  • Downtime means the Total Minutes in the Month during which the Cloud Service (or Servers for Server Provisioning) does not respond to a request from SAP’s Point of Demarcation for the data center providing the Cloud Service (or Server for Server Provisioning), excluding Excluded Downtime.
