Portfolio Advisory Agreement definition

Portfolio Advisory Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the Portfolio Advisor in respect of the management of the assets of the Company as contemplated herein, which agreement shall initially be that certain Portfolio Advisory Agreement, dated as of the date hereof between the Company and Archon, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, and any supplement, amendment, renewal or replacement thereof.

Portfolio Advisory Agreement means the agreement entered into on or about 31 July 2007 between, among others, the Swap Counterparty and the Portfolio Advisor, pursuant to which the Portfolio Advisor shall advise the Swap Counterparty as to the composition of the Reference Portfolio and any Substitutions thereto.

Portfolio Advisory Agreement means the agreement between the Partnership and the Portfolio Advisor dated as of January 27, 2014, pursuant to which the Partnership has engaged the Portfolio Advisor to select Resource Issuers and to otherwise manage the Portfolios.

More Definitions of Portfolio Advisory Agreement
