Classification Seniority means the length of service in the classification, calculated from the date the employee enters the classification.
Seniority means length of service with the Employer.
Bargaining Unit Seniority is defined as the length of continuous service within the bargaining unit since the last date of entry into the bargaining unit.
Position means a square, circle, rectangle, or other geometric shape on a ballot
Comparable Position means a position where:
Vice-Chair means the Vice-Chair of the Board.
Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed physician, employed with or contracted with the City, responsible for receiving laboratory results generated by the City's drug testing program who has knowledge of substance abuse disorders, laboratory testing procedures, and chain of custody collection procedures; who verifies positive, confirmed test results, and who has the necessary and appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual's confirmed positive test result together with his or her medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.
Seniority Date The date on which a Participant has:
(a) Attained age __.
(b) Completed __ Years of Service from First Date of Service.
(c) Attained age __ and completed __ Years of Service from First Date of Service.
Eligible position or "full-time job" means a full-time position
Chief Inspector means Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills or his successor;
Queue Position means the priority assigned to an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request pursuant to applicable provisions of Tariff, Part VI.
Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.
Vice-Chairman means the Vice Chairman of the Board.
Trainer means a dentist whose name is included in sub-part A of the first part of the dental list who employs a trainee as an assistant in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Determination;
Responsibilities means the responsibilities delegated to BNY under the Rule as a Foreign Custody Manager with respect to each Specified Country and each Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by BNY, as such responsibilities are more fully described in Article III of this Agreement.

Medical facility means any physician, laboratory, clinic, hospital, or other similar entity.

Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.
Senior Management Team means at any particular time the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.
Former position means the position held by a female or male employee immediately before proceeding on leave or part-time employment under this part whichever first occurs or, if such position no longer exists but there are other positions available for which the employee is qualified and the duties of which he or she is capable of performing, a position as nearly comparable in status and pay to that of the position first mentioned in this definition.
MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff Officer, department chair, section chief, and committee chair.
Tenure means a faculty appointment for an indefinite period of time which may be revoked only for adequate cause and by due process.
