Medical Child Support Order means any judgment, decree or order (including approval of a domestic relations settlement agreement) issued by a court of competent jurisdiction that:
Early intervention services means individual programmes for children with developmental delays or disabilities, or children at risk of being developmentally delayed or of having a disability, aged 0 to 6 years, aimed at providing assistance to the child and its family in the areas of physical, emotional, social and educational needs.
Behavioral intervention means the implementation of strategies to address behavior that is dangerous, disruptive, or otherwise impedes the learning of a student or others.
Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

Crisis intervention means the implementation of a service, support, or strategy to immediately stabilize a crisis and prevent the crisis from reoccurring after the crisis ends.
Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Licensed behavior analyst means a person who holds current certification or meets the standards to be certified as a board certified Behavior Analyst or a board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization and whom the Board of Psychological Examiners licenses as a Behavior Analyst.
Individual Support Plan means a document in writing (as amended from time to time) between You and a Service User, their family, guardian, advocate or financial manager about the disability services to be delivered to the Service User and how those services will be delivered to meet the Service User’s identified goals;
Pharmacy support person means a person, other than a licensed pharmacist, a registered pharmacist-intern, or a registered pharmacy technician, who may perform nontechnical duties assigned by a supervising pharmacist under the pharmacist’s responsibility and supervision.
Medical support means providing health care coverage for a joint child by carrying health care coverage for the joint child or by contributing to the cost of health care coverage, public coverage, unreimbursed medical expenses, and uninsured medical expenses of the joint child.
Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.
Child support means that part of an Enhanced Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Enhanced Child Restraint System.
Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

Qualified Medical Child Support Order means a Medical Child Support Order which creates (including assignment of rights) or recognizes an Alternate Recipient's right to receive benefits to which a Participant or Qualified Beneficiary is eligible under this Plan, and has been determined by the Plan Administrator to meet the qualification requirements as outlined under “Procedures” of this provision.
Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.
Non-Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Innovative control technology means any system of air pollution control that has not been adequately demonstrated in practice, but would have a substantial likelihood of achieving greater continuous emissions reduction than any control system in current practice or of achieving at least comparable reductions at lower cost in terms of energy, economics, or non-air quality environmental impacts.
Palliative and supportive care means care and support aimed mainly at lessening or controlling pain or symptoms; it makes no attempt to cure the Covered Person's terminal Illness or terminal Injury.
Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.
SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.
Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.
Cash medical support means an obligation to equally share all reasonable and necessary medical and dental expenses of children.
