Student Behavior. 1. The School District and CWU shall independently have and exercise jurisdiction over academic and disciplinary matters involving a student's enrollment and participation in courses, and the receipt of services and benefits from the School District or CWU.
Student Behavior. (a) The schools are established for the benefit of all students. The educational purpose of the schools is accomplished best in a climate of student behavior that is socially acceptable and conducive to the learning and teaching process. Behavior that disrupts this process or that infringes upon the rights of other individuals will not be tolerated.
Student Behavior. The STUDENT agrees to strictly abide by all federal, state, and local laws, all UNIVERSITY policy and procedures, including the Dominican University Student Handbook, the Student Code of Conduct, and all Residence Hall Policies and Guidelines. The UNIVERSITY reserves the right to terminate this contract for any violation of UNIVERSITY policy (Section II:D herein).
Student Behavior. Students enrolled at the School will be required to follow the OP Code of Student Conduct as presented in its proposal to operate the School and attached as Addendum 6. OP agrees that it will not modify expulsion provisions without consent of TISD and agrees to notify TISD of any other modification at least 60 days in advance of implementation.
Student Behavior. The Board, the Administration, and the faculty recognize a shared responsibility to maintain control and discipline of students who are engaged in school activities. The Board and the Administration agree to give reasonable support and assistance to all faculty members in this respect. Similarly, all faculty members accept professional responsibility for actively participating in the maintenance of respect for school rules and regulations, and respect for all members of the school community.
Student Behavior. In determining readiness for Dual Enrollment Program, factors such as the student’s previous secondary school attendance and disciplinary records will be considered. Dual Enrolled students are expected to follow the same behavioral guidelines as all B-CU students. Information about behavioral guidelines for B-CU students can be found in the Student Handbook in print or online. A link to the Student Handbook can found at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx. Students who violate the University Code of Conduct will be referred to Judicial Affairs for possible disciplinary action.
Student Behavior. Students enrolled at the School will be required to follow MISD’s Code of Student Conduct. OP reserves the right to develop its own Code of Student Conduct. OP agrees that it will not modify expulsion provisions without prior notification to MISD. OP agrees to notify MISD of any change to its expulsion provisions or other modification in writing at least 60 days in advance of implementation. OP agrees that a student shall not be suspended or expelled from the School for attendance or academic performance reasons. Any student assigned to a School can be placed in a MISD alternative setting through a process similar to the process used for all other students in the District. MISD and OP will work in good faith to implement this process fairly and effectively.
Student Behavior a. At the beginning of each school year, the DISTRICT and the school site will provide Bargaining Unit Members with procedures and protocols for student discipline. This shall be provided in digital form.

Student Behavior. 1. Students shall be expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times, as all school rules are in effect for the duration of the trip. Any student who is disruptive in any way may be asked to leave an event.
