Related to Preconstruction request

  • Mediation Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.

  • Transaction Request means a request from Seller to Buyer, in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, to enter into a Transaction.

  • Utilisation Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Utilisation Request).

  • Surplus Interconnection Request means a request submitted by a Surplus Interconnection Customer, pursuant to Tariff, Attachment RR, to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Request is not a New Service Request.

  • Arbitration Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).

  • Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Drawdown Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Drawdown Request).

  • Conversion Request A notice given by the Borrower to the Agent of the Borrower's election to convert or continue a Loan in accordance with Section 2.7.

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • Bid Submission Requirement means a task a Prospective Contractor must complete when submitting a bid response. These requirements will be distinguished by using the term “shall” or “must” in the requirement.

  • Extension Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

  • Registration Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Acceleration Request means a request pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4A, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4A, to accelerate or reschedule a transmission outage scheduled pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.2 or Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.2 or Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4.

  • Service Authorization Request means a Provider’s or Enrollee’s request to the Contractor for the provision of a service.

  • Certification Requirements means those requirements specified or referenced in this Agreement that you must meet in order to use and maintain the Certification Designation and use the Logo in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Request for Borrowing has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(a).

  • Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.05.

  • Redemption Request has the meaning as set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Term Loan Extension Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).

  • Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
