Prior Equity Plan definition

Prior Equity Plan means the Bridgepoint Education, Inc. Amended and Restated 2005 Stock Incentive Plan.
Prior Equity Plan means the Company’s 2010 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended, and its predecessor plans.
Prior Equity Plan means current equity incentive plan of the Company, as amended from time to time.

  • On and after shareholder approval of this Plan, no awards shall be granted under the Prior Equity Plan, but all outstanding awards previously granted under the Prior Equity Plan shall remain outstanding and subject to the terms of the Prior Equity Plan.

  • If Restricted Stock Grants or Prior Equity Plan awards are forfeited, settled in cash, or are terminated for any reason other than being exercised (in whole or in part), then the Shares underlying such Awards shall become available for issuance under the Plan.

  • For purposes of this Section 2.41, the Income Fund shall include amounts credited to the Income Fund under the Prior DC Plan and the Prior Equity Plan.

  • Any shares of Stock that are represented by awards granted under the 2000 Management Equity Plan and the 1992 Management Equity Plan of the Company (the “Prior Equity Plans”) that are forfeited, expire or are canceled after the Effective Date without delivery of shares of Stock or which result in the forfeiture of the shares of Stock back to the Company to the extent that such shares would have been added back to the reserve under the terms of the applicable Prior Equity Plan.

  • Equity Plans meanss the stock option and incentive plans adopted and maintained by the Company from time to time.
