Priority 1 Error definition

Priority 1 Error means an Error in the Maintained Software that causes substantial downtime of the system, or which causes data corruption, or which otherwise renders the Software unusable. Errors given this priority have no viable workaround or avoidance procedure.
Priority 1 Error means the CiteRight Product is unusable, resulting in a total disruption of work or other critical impact on production operations. No workaround is available.
Priority 1 Error. Critical problem with significant business impact to you. No viable workaround, but you need an immediate fix or workaround to get up and running again.

Examples of Priority 1 Error in a sentence

  • In those instances where: (i) ALERT cannot provide a Fix to a Priority 1 Error within a reasonable time span after a member of TSO has responded to the Customer, or (ii) Customer is not satisfied with the progress attained, ALERT will review the plan for addressing such Error with Customer.
