Privileges of Membership definition

Privileges of Membership means the privileges prescribed by these Bye-Laws and by the Regulations and includes the licence to use the trademark letters MRCPsych or FRCPsych (as referred to respectively in paragraph 8 of Section III and paragraph 5 of Section IV) and the receipt of such benefits as may be decided from time to time, and in relation to a Fellow, references to the Privileges of Membership shall include references to the privileges of Fellowship;
Privileges of Membership means the privileges of Membership prescribed by these Bye-Laws and by the Regulations and includes the right to attend and vote at General Meetings and Special Meetings of the College (which is a right also held by the other voting members of the College), the licence to use the trademark letters MRCPsych or FRCPsych (as referred to respectively in under paragraph 8 of Section III and paragraph 5 of Section IV) and the receipt of such benefits as may be decided by the Board of Trustees as set out in the Regulations from time to time, and in relation to a Fellow, references to the Privileges of Membership shall include references to the privileges of Fellowship;
Privileges of Membership means those things that the Member shall be permitted to use, being any of the real or immovable property belonging to or leased by the Corporation, but subject always to any or all the rules and regulations passed or adopted by the Corporation from time to time, including the golf course, the water from the community wells, the water courses, and creeks, drains, buildings, stores, baths, swimming pools, parks, bowling greens, tennis courts, baseball grounds, Club House, restaurants, roads, and all places of recreation belonging to or leased by the Corporation, excepting the existing rights, provisions, or easements, if any,

Examples of Privileges of Membership in a sentence

  • The Rights and Privileges of Membership for a new Owner will be withheld until all outstanding Assessments, fees, fines, and charges levied by the Association against the acquired property have been satisfied, application for a Membership certificate has been made and such a certificate issued, and notice of sale as provided in this Article VII has been given to the Association.

  • Limited Liability Company Interests means the entire limited liability company membership interest at any time owned by any Pledgor in any limited liability company.

  • Register of Members means the register of Members maintained in accordance with the Statute and includes (except where otherwise stated) any branch or duplicate register of Members.

  • Limited Partnership Interest means the ownership interest of a Limited Partner in the Partnership at any particular time, including the right of such Limited Partner to any and all benefits to which such Limited Partner may be entitled as provided in this Agreement and in the Act, together with the obligations of such Limited Partner to comply with all the provisions of this Agreement and of such Act.

  • Delaware LLC Division means the statutory division of any Delaware LLC into two or more Delaware LLCs pursuant to Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.

  • Membership Agreement means these terms and conditions (as amended from time to time in accordance with clause 2.2 and any relevant laws or regulations) taken together with your Membership Form.

  • Single member limited liability company means a limited liability company that has one direct member.

  • Limited Partner Interest means a Partnership Interest of a Limited Partner in the Partnership representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and includes any and all benefits to which the holder of such a Partnership Interest may be entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of such Person to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. A Limited Partner Interest may be expressed as a number of Partnership Common Units, Partnership Preferred Units or other Partnership Units.

  • General Partnership Interest means a Partnership Interest held by the General Partner that is a general partnership interest.

  • LLC Act means the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, as amended.

  • Interests when used herein shall have the respective meanings specified in the Declaration of Trust of the Trust.

  • Partnership Agreements means, collectively, all of the Partnership Agreements.

  • membership dues means the dues established pursuant to the constitution of the Alliance as the dues payable by its members as a consequence of their membership in the Alliance, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or special levy;

  • Member-managed limited liability company means a limited liability company that is not a manager-managed limited liability company.

  • Delaware LP Act means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act.

  • Teaching Staff means teachers and the principal or head teacher employed at the Academy.

  • General Partner Interest means a Partnership Interest held by the General Partner, in its capacity as general partner. A General Partner Interest may be expressed as a number of Partnership Units.
