Procedures Motion definition

Procedures Motion means the Notice of Hearing and Motion for an Order
Procedures Motion means the motion or motions of Sellers, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyer, seeking approval and entry of the Bid Procedures Order.
Procedures Motion has the meaning given to such term in Section 4.1(b) hereof.

  • Sale Motion means the motion or motions of Sellers filed with the Bankruptcy Court seeking approval and entry of the Sale Order.

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Disclosure Statement Approval Order means the Final Order approving, among other things, the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.
