Product Fee definition

Product Fee means a fee payable to the Programme Counterparty in respect of the relevant Series of ETC Securities and which is equal to the Product Fee Percentage which accrues on a daily basis and is applied to the aggregate Metal Entitlement per ETC Security of the Series of ETC Securities on each Scheduled Valuation Day.
Product Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

The Product Fee for this Series of ETC Securities will be calculated in accordance with Condition 4 using the Product Fee Percentage and shall accrue on a daily basis and be applied to the aggregate Metal Entitlement per ETC Security of the Series of ETC Securities on each Valuation Day.”
