Production Certificate definition

Production Certificate means a certificate issued by one Party to an organisation compliant with applicable production regulation in force in that Party.
Production Certificate means: license codes, a license certificate, or an IFM file issued by Hyland and necessary for User to activate Software for User’s production use.

Production Certificate means a Production Certificate issued by the FAA to Debtor pursuant to the Federal Aviation Act Laws certifying that the manufacturing and production capabilities of Debtor to manufacture, produce and deliver airworthy aircraft and comply with the requirements of the FAA Aviation Act Laws, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, renewed, reissued or replaced.
