License Certificate. The Board shall pay for any license/certificate or any license/certificate renewal required by the job description, including a boiler license, asbestos certificate, refrigeration certificate, and pesticide application license.

Specifically, the License Cerificates may be issued (depending on agreement between Licensee/Partner and the Company) as a hardcopy document or generated by Company’s License authentification system based on activation of a License through electronic means.

As a condition of continued employment, the ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL shall maintain throughout the course of his/her employment as ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL with the NPS, a valid and appropriate license/certificate qualifying him/her to serve as a public school ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and shall provide the Superintendent with a copy of such license/certificate. The ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL shall notify the Superintendent within 24 hours or before the start of the next work day, whichever is earlier, of the suspension or revocation of such license/certificate.
