License Certificate. (a) Upon JLO’s receipt of LICENSEE’S executed Jukebox License Agreement and payment of each year’s license fees hereunder, JLO shall issue LICENSEE an annual license certificate for each jukebox covered by the Jukebox License Agreement.
(b) The license certificate must be displayed by April 1 of each year, or 20 days after the issuance date, whichever is later, and should remain on the box until the subsequent year’s license certificate is affixed.
(c) The license certificate must be displayed on the jukebox in a place easily visible to the public. For hideaway jukeboxes (multiple wallbox units), the certificate must be displayed in a place easily visible to the public on the wallbox closest to the cashier or to the entrance to the establishment where such hideaway jukebox is located. A license certificate may be transferred by LICENSEE from a jukebox that is temporarily or permanently removed from service for public performance to one that is placed into service for public performance.
(d) If no certificate is affixed to the jukebox in accordance with paragraphs 3(b) and (c) above, the jukebox shall be deemed unlicensed, and all performances of copyrighted musical works in the repertories of ASCAP, BMI and SESAC given by means of said jukebox shall be deemed to be copyright infringements.
(e) The license certificates issued to LICENSEE are only valid for jukebox(es) owned or operated by the LICENSEE. If the LICENSEE has permitted a jukebox license certificate obtained in Licensee’s name to be used on a jukebox not owned or operated by LICENSEE, JLO may in their sole discretion terminate all other licenses held by that LICENSEE for the remainder of the year for which the licenses were issued.
License Certificate. The Board shall pay for any license/certificate or any license/certificate renewal required by the job description, including a boiler license, asbestos certificate, refrigeration certificate, and pesticide application license.
License Certificate. In addition to the information listed in Subarticle 1.9 above, the License Certificate shall contain details of a person(s) to whom services may be provided by the Licensee through the use of the Licensed Software.
License Certificate. A certificate issued by the Company for the particular Licensee in order to grant such Licensee a License. The License Certificate, in particular, contains (i) the date of the License grant, (ii) the individual modules and programs or the quantity thereof for which the usage right is granted (e.g. number of servers, clusters, terminals and connected devices) and other license parameters, if applicable, (iii) time period for which the Licensee is allowed to use the granted License, as well as (iv) reference to the current version of XXXX stating the conditions under which the License is granted to the Licensee. The Company reserves the right to stipulate and/or update from time to time the manner of issuance and/or distribution of the License Certificates with respect to available distribution channels, License activation and Licensee authentification methods as available from time to time. Specifically, the License Cerificates may be issued (depending on agreement between Licensee/Partner and the Company) as a hardcopy document or generated by Company’s License authentification system based on activation of a License through electronic means.
License Certificate. The Board will reimburse Maintenance Services employees for any license/certificate or any license/certificate renewal including a Boiler License, Asbestos Certificate, or other applicable license/certificate and/or renewal required by the Board. Reimbursement will be made within 30 days following submission of an appropriate receipt to the Treasurer's Office. Maintenance Services employees must be in active status at the time reimbursement is paid.
License Certificate. 1. When an employee attains State License Certification in the following grades, their base rate will be increased by the amount listed below:
a) Step 1-Grade 3 2% over base
b) Step 2-Grade 4 5% over base c) Step 3-Grade 5 8% over base
License Certificate. As a condition of continued employment, the ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL shall maintain throughout the course of his/her employment as ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL with the NPS, a valid and appropriate license/certificate qualifying him/her to serve as a public school ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and shall provide the Superintendent with a copy of such license/certificate. The ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL shall notify the Superintendent within 24 hours or before the start of the next work day, whichever is earlier, of the suspension or revocation of such license/certificate.
License Certificate. A certificate issued by the Company to a specific Licensee and with respect to particular Licensed Software, on the basis of which the Licensee has the right to use the Licensed Software to an extent corresponding with this XXXX valid at the time of the issue of the License Certificate. The License Certificate, in particular, contains (i) the date of the License grant, (ii) the individual modules and programs or the quantity thereof for which the usage right is granted (e.g. number of servers, clusters, terminals and connected devices) to the Licensee and other license parameters, if applicable, (iii) time period for which the Licensee is allowed to use the granted License, as well as (iv) reference to the current version of XXXX stating the conditions under which the License is granted to the Licensee. License Certificate. A License Certificate allows you to install and use up to the set number of installations described within the License Certificate as Installation Credits for the period set out in the License Certificate. Where we issue you a License Certificate, we grant you a nonexclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicensable license to install and use the Software for your internal business purposes, which includes the internal business purposes of any subsidiaries that you control either directly or indirectly. Your use of the Products is subject to the set number of Installations and any other restrictions described in the License Certificate . If you use the Products in excess of the specified restrictions, you agree immediately to report such additional usage to us and pay all additional fees due for periods when you exceeded the scope of your license. We shall have the right, with reasonable notice to you, to audit your use of the software no more than once each calendar year to assure compliance with the terms of the license agreement. If you have been granted access to the Products for evaluation purposes and no Order Form has been executed, this Agreement will apply from the date we first make the Products available to you.
