Program review committee definition

Program review committee means the committee at a correctional institution that reviews the security classifications, institution assignments, and correctional programming assign- ments of inmates confined in the institution.

Program review committee or “PRC” means a group of persons designated by the District Program manager to review and approve or disapprove all behavior manage- ment programs before such programs may be imple- mented or sent to the Human Rights Committee.
