Project Implementing Agencies definition

Project Implementing Agencies or “IAs” means MOFA and MOI or any successor thereto acceptable to ADB, which are responsible for the implementation of the Project;

Project Implementing Agencies means, collectively, MOI, MORT, MOICT, and/or HF, as the case may be, or any other entity acceptable to the Bank;

Project Implementing Agencies or “IAs” means MPW, which is responsible for implementing parts A, B, C and E of the Project and MOTC, which is responsible for implementing part D of the Project, or any successor thereto acceptable to ADB;

• The Project Implementing Agencies (IA) have the overall responsibility for ensuring that environmental and social issues are adequately addressed within the project cycle, as described in Table 4.

• LPG shall cause the concerned Participating Township Governments and Project Implementing Agencies to ensure that streetlights and traffic lighting system are installed with energy-saving technology along the roads constructed/rehabilitated under the Project.

Project Implementing Agencies means collectively, INGEOMINAS, IDEAM, MAVDT, INVIAS, Infrastructure Agencies, MHCP and MIJ’s DPAD;

Project Implementing Agencies means RDA, which is responsible for implementing part A of the Project and NPRDD, which is responsible for implementing parts B and C of the Project, or any successor thereto acceptable to ADB;

Project Implementing Agencies or “IAs” means TM, PM, SJM and NT, and any successor thereto acceptable to ADB;

Project Implementing Agencies or “PIAs” means any and all of the (i) Liuchuan Industrial Park Management Committee (LMC), (ii) Baiyin Municipal Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment (TPD), (iii) Baiyin Municipal Public Transport Company Limited (BPT), and (iv) Jingyuan County Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security (JHRSS) or any successor or assignee thereto acceptable to ADB;

Project Implementing Agencies means (i) DA and DENR for Components A, B and C, and (ii) DENR and LGUs for Component D;

Project Implementing Agencies means DRT and the Program Implementing Agencies, or any successors thereto acceptable to ADB;
