Project Improvements Construction Schedule definition

Project Improvements Construction Schedule means a schedule, as from time to time amended, of critical dates relating to the Project Improvements Work (which dates may be described or set forth as intervals of time from or after the completion or occurrence of the preceding task or event), which Project Improvements Construction Schedule shall contain the dates for: (a) ordering and delivering of critical delivery items, such as construction components or items requiring long lead time for purchase or manufacture, or items which by their nature affect the basic structure or systems of the Project Improvements, (b) completion of the Stadium Plans and any plans for the Infrastructure Work in detail sufficient for satisfaction of all Applicable Laws (including issuance of necessary building permits), (c) issuance of all building permits and satisfaction of all Applicable Laws prerequisites to commencement of the Project Improvements Work, and (d) commencement and completion of the Project Improvements Work.
Project Improvements Construction Schedule means a schedule, as from time to time amended, of critical dates relating to the Project Improvements Work (which dates may be described or set forth as intervals of time from or after the completion or occurrence of the preceding task or event), which Project Improvements Construction Schedule shall contain the dates for: (a) ordering and delivering of critical delivery items, such as construction components or items requiring long lead time for purchase or manufacture, or items which by their nature affect the basic structure or systems of the Project Improvements, (b) completion of the Final Plans in detail sufficient for satisfaction of all Applicable Laws (including issuance of necessary building permits), (c) issuance of all building permits and satisfaction of all Applicable Laws prerequisites to commencement of the Project Improvements Work, and (d) commencement and completion of the Project Improvements Work.

Examples of Project Improvements Construction Schedule in a sentence

  • Any changes, modifications or amendments to the Project Submission Matters are subject to the Approval of the Authority, with the understanding that it is the intent of the Parties that the Project Improvements be constructed in accordance with the Project Improvements Construction Schedule and within the Project Budget.

  • Only one (1) Notice from StadCo shall be required with respect to a continuing Force Majeure, except StadCo shall promptly (and in no event less often than every month) give Notice to the Authority Representative of any further changes in the Project Improvements Construction Schedule or the additional time for performance claimed by reason of the continuing delay.

  • The Parties shall agree upon a Project Improvements Construction Schedule in connection with the approval of the Final Plans.

  • Without limiting StadCo’s obligations under Section 7.9, Section 7.10 or elsewhere in this Agreement, StadCo shall, prior to the commencement of construction of the Project Improvements [(excluding the Enabling Work)], provide the Authority with a Project Improvements Construction Schedule.

Related to Project Improvements Construction Schedule

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Direct Construction Cost means the sum of the amounts that the Construction Manager actually and necessarily incurs for General Conditions Costs, Cost of the Work and Construction Manager’s Contingency during the Construction Phase as allowed by this Agreement. Direct Construction Cost does not include Pre-Construction Phase Fees or Construction Phase Fees.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Constructional Plant means all appliances or things whatever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work or temporary housing, hutting, office, stores, etc.,

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate of the I-Bank to the effect that the construction of the Project is complete.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Building construction means any physical activity on the site involved in the erection of a structure, cladding, external finish, formwork, fixture, fitting of service installation and the unloading of plant, machinery, materials or the like.

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
