Project IPRs definition

Project IPRs means any IPRs created, devised or arising out of the Company’s undertaking and performance of the Project or any part of it;

Project IPRs means any IPRs created in carrying out the Services and includes the Deliverables.

  • However, the College may offer a licence to the ATCR Specialist Contractor of any such Project IPRs on terms to be agreed.

  • Project IPRs Except where specified to the contrary in the Details or the Statement of Work, all right, title and interest in the Project IPRs arising from Services are owned by the University and, to the extent needed, the Supplier hereby assigns any right, title or interest it may have now or in the future in those Project IPRs to the University.

  • The Company shall immediately disclose in writing to Wellcome any fact, matters, circumstances or other information which becomes known to it which: is a breach of or can reasonably be expected to be, or be likely to cause, a breach of any of the Warranties is material to the Loan, conversion of the Loan or the financial status of the Company, or is material to the Project,the development and exploitation of the Background IPRs, Project IPRs and [Sideground IPRs].


More Definitions of Project IPRs

Project IPRs means any IPRs created in carrying out the Research Services and includes the Deliverables. Purchase Order means the document titled “purchase order” issued by the University to the Supplier for particular Research Services. Representative of a party includes an employee, agent, officer, director, auditor, advisor, partner, consultant, contractor or subcontractor of that party. Statement of Work means the statement of work (if any) attached to this Agreement. Supplier IPRs means

Project IPRs shall have the meaning given to that term in Clause 1.17 of the R&D Agreement;

Related to Project IPRs

  • Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights that arise or are obtained or developed by either party, or by a contractor on behalf of either party, in respect of the Deliverables in the course of or in connection with the Project;

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Project Specific IPRs means: (a) IPRs in the Services provided by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and all updates and amendments of these items created during the Contract Period; and/or (b) IPRs arising as a result of the provision of the Services by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) under the Contract, [including the rights in or to any database developed and supplied by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.
