Project IPRs means any IPRs created in carrying out the Services and includes the Deliverables.
Project IPRs means any IPRs created, devised or arising out of the Company’s undertaking and performance of the Project or any part of it;

Examples of Project IPRs in a sentence

  • On receipt of a notice of termination or reduction or amendment to the Services, the Supplier must: stop work if specified to do so in the notice; take all available steps to minimise loss resulting from that termination and to protect University Materials and Project IPRs; and continue work on any part of the Services not affected by the notice.

  • Project IPRs created or arising under the Project will vest in and be the sole property of the Company.

  • Project IPRs Except where specified to the contrary in the Details or the Statement of Work, all right, title and interest in the Project IPRs arising from Services are owned by the University and, to the extent needed, the Supplier hereby assigns any right, title or interest it may have now or in the future in those Project IPRs to the University.

  • Intellectual Property Rights All right, title and interest in the Project IPRs arising from Services are owned by the University and, to the extent needed, the Supplier hereby assigns any right, title or interest it may have now or in the future in those Project IPRs to the University.

  • If Wellcome exercises its right to exploit the Company under Clause [14.4], the Company shall pass to Wellcome immediately any or all exploitation opportunities [in the applicable indication] [in the Field] in [the relevant [countries] [in any country] that it becomes aware of from time to time in connection with the Project IPRs [and Products] [in the Field].

  • Guarantee: N/A Warranties, representations: N/A Supplemental requirements in addition to the Call- Off terms: Within the scope of the Call-Off Contract, the Supplier will not be required to make the IPR of any Project IPRs or Third Party IPR open source.

  • Where Wellcome exercises its right to exploit under Clause [14.4], Wellcome shall share Project Revenues and Equity Holdings received in respect of exploitation of the Project IPRs [and Product] [in the applicable indication] [in the Field] 50:50 Trust: the Company after reimbursement of Wellcome Direct Costs.

Project IPRs means any IPRs created, devised or arising out of the Company’s undertaking and

Related to Project IPRs

  • Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights that arise or are obtained or developed by either party, or by a contractor on behalf of either party, in respect of the Deliverables in the course of or in connection with the Project;

  • Project IP means any Intellectual Property created, invented or discovered in carrying out the Project including in respect of the Project Results but does not include Background IP or copyright in a Student’s thesis or other material produced by him/her for the purpose of assessment towards his/her degree.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;

  • Project Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property created under, or otherwise in connection with the Project.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Project Work means construction work performed in the construction of a Covered Project.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents and the Licensor Know-How.

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) 1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and 2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.

  • New Technology means any invention, discovery, improvement, or innovation that was not available to the District on the effective date of the contract, whether or not patentable, including, but not limited to, new processes, emerging technology, machines, and improvements to or new applications of existing processes, machines, manufactures and software. Also included are new computer programs, and improvements to, or new applications of, existing computer programs, whether or not copyrightable and any new process, machine, including software, and improvements to, or new applications of, existing processes, machines, manufactures and software.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.
