Project Management Fee definition

Project Management Fee shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 8.02G.
Project Management Fee reflects SBC-13STATE’s labor costs to manage the provisioning of the individual Collocator’s space requirements for a particular Physical Collocation Space request. This fee is applicable upon the submission of an application.
Project Management Fee shall have the meaning given such term in the Master Management Agreement.

More Definitions of Project Management Fee

Project Management Fee means the fee to be paid by County to Project Manager pursuant to Article 8 of this Agreement.
Project Management Fee means a project management fee as set out in the Project Cash Flow but which over the course of the Development the average fee shall not exceed a sum equivalent to 2.6 per cent of the total Construction Costs, such fee being due to the Developer quarterly in arrears for so long as Construction Costs are incurred;

Project Management Fee means the fixed amount set forth in Schedule 6 that is payable by Company on the date specified in Schedule 6 in respect of successful integration of the Legacy Systems into the Amdocs Systems by Amdocs hereunder.
